The bus is comfortable. I will recommend this bus.

The ticket price was more expensive than purchasing at the Station. I tried Long Phoueng bus from PP to HCMC and the online ticket was 25$ one way. The ticket at Station was 23$. I felt disappointed by using this app.

Easy and smooth process. Would have been nice to know that when I handed my passport over that I wouldn’t see it for a few hours, even after getting into Cambodia and driving for a while. Was a little scary!

No wifi, the driver use the horn all the time, inspector allways on phone and watch movies with such a volume disturb everybody.so noisy. i will not book this bus anymore.

Driver play phone while driving! I am feeling not safe at all!! On the way back i tried to sleep but the assistant listen to his phone sooooo noisy i can not sleep and getting angry. I will never use your company anymore!!!

Clean, spacious and punctual. Border crossing extremely fast and efficient. Driver must be Vietnamese as he was blowing the horn for each and every motorcycle which was bit annoying, but you get used to it.
