I took the bus from Vietnam to Cambodia 3 times and always had a relaxing time.. The people were always nice and caring..

I arrived at check in early enough to make the bus prior to my scheduled departure - they were able to get me on the earlier bus. Paperwork and verification was very easy, check in through the border was very easy (Phnom Penh to Ho Chi Minh.)

J’ai réservé via bookme avec des sièges sélectionnés mais quelqu’un a changé mes sièges, j’ai dû changer l’heure de mon départ avec l’aide de Bookme Agent.

I was never sent a ticket or instructions or contact details so would like a refund.

I booked this bus last minute from PP to HCM, surprisingly this is a good company. Now regretting why I did not take the same bus back to PP from HCM. Will defintely take this bus again.
