Good vehicle, save driver but too long drive and to many & too long breaks

It was a very nice and uneventful trip, but we arrived 3 hours late. A supposedly six-hour trip from 8:30-2:30pm arrived at 5:30pm instead. Apparently this kind of delay is common and I wish there had been a warning on the website that it could happen!!

Inspector took our booked seat in front just because she doesnt want to move in another seat and explained to us that it was a booking system failure. Bus was too hours late to arrive in the destination. Stopped in a dirty restaurant for lunch.

They changed the Bus so also our seats. We had a really old bus no aircon and it was no place to sit comfortable

Ride took two hours longer than expected and we were dropped off at an odd location instead of the pier when everybody was hopping a ferry

- ON TIME : Bus left exactly at 8.30. Ride 7H - BUS : wasn't the same bus that I saw in the pictures. My seat was broken, means uncomfortable. - DRIVER : many accelerations and sudden braking as if the driver was distracted. People were scared

They don't even give you an arrival card, if you're not willing to pay.

L'agence a changé de lieu et je n'ai pas été prévenue ni par sms ni par mail ! La seule indication était "on a déménagé à côté de Maybank" et toujours vieille adresse sue google aussi. Bref je suis arrivée juste à l'heure en ayant mis 1h à les trouver !!
