Traveler reviews for Mekong Express

We were 40 minutes late for departure. Driver drove off and left people stranded at petrol station so we had to wait 10 minutes for staff to get them back. Kept stopping and picking up passengers along the way. Took far longer than expected.

We were very happy with our driver and journey to Siem Reap and would travel with Mekong Express in the future

The bus/van was not as nice as what is pictured on the website

It was advertised as a direct route, it isnt. Transfer at PP was slow(2h) and waited for nothing, we waited for another bus, never arrived Had to switch busses due to missing papers Lots of extra stops for random passengers Old bus, 4h delay

excellent service all round. Snack , water, hand wipes and an english movie on bored

Service was a little late leaving and arriving, but since I was very early for my bus they allowed me on the earlier bus without fuss. Plenty of space, AC worked well. Comfort stop half way. Very good for the money if you have entertainment with you.
