Don't rely on their pickup service.I waited to within 10 mins of the departure time and they still hadn't shown to pick me up.When zi asked to be reimbursed tuk tuk fare to their office they laughed and refused.

Tout avait bien commencé pendant 1h30.. jusqu'à une casse de roue .. obligé d'attendre la venue d'un autre car, avec de moins bonnes prestations, deux heures d'attente sur place, plus de 3h de retard en tout ... climatisation pas très efficace.

I do not understand Why drivers take passengers on the road. They explains anything when they stop for take passengers. And they don't speak english...

Bus broke down (strut attached to wheel broke) - This led to a delay. We were not informed of how long the delay would be or when a replacement bus would arrive (or even if one was coming). Delay was understandable, but communication was terrible

Good trip and ponctuality. Good overall. But buses of this company could be cleaned (very dusty one more time).
