Bus stop often to take people on the street. And take more than 10 persons at the custom. Stop often near Ho Chi Minh ! No direct bus

The crew in the office are soooo nice like 5 stars. unfortunately due to we depart 1hrs late on our scheduled time and our bus departs broken too after 1.5 hr far from their office. I don’t recommend them for punctuality, also I dont for safety.

The driver was nice but the change of vehicule made the trip much longer 4;30 instead of 3 and not comfortable

We were very pleased with our trip with Mekong Express. My only comment would be that we arrived in a different location to what it stated on our tickets. This caused some confusion for our pick up.

We were very pleased with our trip with Mekong Express. My only comment would be that no one explained to us what was going to happen at the boarder crossing. Luckily there was a guided group on our bus so we could follow them. But it was very confusing.

Scheduled trip time was 6 hours but it took 8. Said there would be internet on the bus but this was broken so internet. I also expected charging sockets for phone but didn’t have these either. Very poor service compared to giant ibis
