We discovered that the service we bought on-line (direct trip on a Vip Night Bus) was not existing! The office manager kindly find a way to solve the problem, but we have to take 3 different means: a minivan, an unconfortable shared car and a tuk-tuk!

Very good, except that we have left Phnom Pehn with 30 minutes late, and arrived Battambang at night because of a 1h30 late.

I looked my ride. Driver was nice. To bad for traffic, trip took 6h instead of 4h.

The bus is a bit small, so if its full can me complicated. A snack could be provided, considering is a six hour trip.

We were absolutely satisfied with our trip that even took us over the border from Vietnam to Cambodia. Changing bus was well organized, too.

This bus cost more then other, but they did free pick up from hotel and finally it was cheaper then other buses without pick up.

My advice for a company, let the people do the bording crossing by themselves will be faster then with help of staff. It was sorry to watch that poor girl trying break through other inspectors and customs. Best of luck. Driving and vehicle was good.
