The bus left about 15 minutes later than posted and arrived about 40 minutes late. No complaints otherwise, everything else was a great trip. Would highly recommend. Driver was extremely safe as well, no constant overtaking.

Remove unnecessary stops along the way for your drivers to get commissions from restaurants

Massive detail you need to fix - your stated arrival point on your etickets does not match where the bus actually stops, in Phnom Penh the bus stopped at the Ossery(?) market, but my ticket said your office near the River Palace hotel, which I had booked

Siem Reap to Battambang. Very luxurious bus albeit a bit older. Much much better than the ramshackled bus that took me from Battambang to Siem Reap. Nice lunch stop modern premises with some western food options.

Friendly helpful driver. Comfortable van and ride. Only complaint was internet didn't work.
