The bus was old and the air conditioning very poor. On our way up to Siem Reap our bus broke down and we were very late arriving into Siem Reap. The replacement bus was much newer and more comfortable. Also, the lady "inspector" was very good.

Sadly we were not overly impressed. The buses are old and the air conditioning poor. The Inspector hardly communicated with the passengers.

Instead of big bus with wifi a mini-van arrived. We had to sit at the end with so limited space that could not move at all. 7 hours in the middle of two people was unbearable. Bus also arrived 1 hour late. Refund would be nice. Very disappointing!!

On my return leg of my trip to Siem Reap I was very disappointed with the legroom available. As a tall man, I deliberately book a big bus because you supposedly offer more legroom. I was very uncomfortable and will travel with Giant ibis next time!

Easy to book online, and easy to check in to get on the busy. Nice staff on the bus, the hostess was friendly, polite and helpful with customers through our the trip.

A little bit expensive but the best travel since we are in asia.!!
