Wrong sit number given
This company is no longer as good as it used to be. This I found out both by travelling myself and I also discussed with a local guy who said that Mekong Express is no longer good company. Two hours late, no water, driver didnt speak english, drives well.
The trip to Battambang was fine, once we were in the bus. We booked online and chose the pick-up Option. Got the etickets via mail but nothing mentioned about the pick up from our hotel so we did not no if someone would come! Waited 1h with 2 kids, no fun
Left my wallet, came back 5 minutes after realizing I left it in the seat and it was gone. The van was being cleaned at the time, therefore, one of the employees took it. Very unhappy.
We recommend Mekong Express because the staff was very helpful and polite. The price includes pillow, blanket, water and a lot of different snacks and the seats are extremely comfortable on the night bus. Driving was good and bus was on time. Amazing!

At the first van of air conditioning broken down yet the driver immediately call backup to the new coach for collecting passengers . Salute to Mekong Express staff and drivers !
Parti à 8h30 au lieu de 8h et a accumulé 1h30 de retard, je ne recommande pas. De plus, le bus est vieux et l’airco fonctionne à peine.
Liked the journey,though a more punctual arrival would have been appreciated.
