Comfortable minibus with A/C, had a nice trip on a very bumpy road. The driver stopped on request. The only thing was that my seat didn't have security belt.

Worst trip ever. I don't know how we survived.The driver was a criminal.No respect for the rules, azardous overtakings in a narrow and crowded street.Totally unsafe.Ovviusly no wifi no snacks.The driver speaking nothing but Cambodian.Matter for acomplain

It would be better for Bookmebus sell no longer Mekong express. In the bus there was no room for the laggages. So we travelled with our bags on the knees. No matter to say w there was no wifi and no snacks. The driver was no english speaking.

Worst booking ever. We rode a cargo van not the VIP van as advertised. The cargo van we rode was so full we didn't have space. Bookmebus and Mekong just ignored us. Promised REFUND but NO refund was given.

Service was very good and on time.

The bus was horrible, not the one reserved in the booking. Was dirty, without wifi, from the A/C come down water. No safety. A local woman with a baby travelled sitting on the floor. We stopped in a dirty restplace. Impossible to the toilette. No english.

Best and easy way to cross the boarder. The driver is very polite and good to know even we are only two inside the vip van going to bangkok still they continue our trip and booking. Highly recommended bus when you are trying to have your southeast asian
