Poor Service because of the ff: 1) we book for a bigger bus but they gave us small car (Van) 2) we paid in full and yet they did not agreed on what is on their online booking 3) their big bus was broken and ventilation is not good

Good driver , good services and safety but I would like to request about the bus pls, check it before you go because today the bus had some problem need to fix in the mid-way of our journey may we was late.

We were switched from a big bus to a smaller minibus which was a bit tired but ok. One thing: it would be helpful to know when/where we were stopping for breaks to help plan meals when travelling with a child.

Driver drove very fast. The bus suddenly stopped in the middle of the way and the Vietnamese traffic police stopped us due the driver drive to fast

Vera punctual. Easy in the border except that I needed to pay 1$ to a guy who took my passport and help us with the stamp. No information about it and something I can do by myself?

They drive fast but that is just the way it is. We left on time with only 3 people. Journey to PP is 7.5 hours, not 5 with 1 toilet stop and 1 meal stop. The road is really bad but I would recommend the company.

Good service in general but we were scammed on arrival, we are very disappointed and won't recommend this bus to anyone. Instead of arriving to the city center (specified in ticket, map incl.), they drop us at a bus station and forced us to use a tuk-tuk.

Very good safe driver, pickup and departure were right on time. The road conditions are not good, but driver did the best possible.
