The bus arrived 30 mins late and we arrived 2 and a half hours late so was late to check into our accommodation. We were not very impressed!

There were many stops while on the way to Siem Reap, but I understand driving in the night is not easy. Bus was clean, seat was comfortable, provided a water bottle with biscuit packet. If Airfare is a expensive, choose Night bus with sleeping seats.

Old bus, air conditioning didn't work well. The trip took 3 hours longer than advertised because of unecessary stops and poor driving. I won't be using Mekong Express ever again.

Overall,everything was good,the guide can speak english and very helpful. Our transfer was very smooth although it took us some time to leave the immigration.there are also Free stuffs like water and biscuits.
