Everything was perfect. The only minor complaint is the overpriced restaurant at the lunch stop.

Changed from VIP to sleeper bus due to broken vehicle. Took 7h 30min because of many stops andbringing anyone and everyone up into the bus except the kitchen sink

Very satisfied.

Friendly staff. On time departure and arrival, comfortable seats and lights off so we had a good sleep. No charging ports which we’ve had in other buses in Vietnam.

The seat belt is spoil, I saw a few also same problem.
