We booked a sleeper bus, but were told on arrival that the sleeper had been cancelled and we were travelling in a minivan, which was very uncomfortable for a 6 hour journey. Many pointless stops on the way. Left SR late but at least we arrived on time.

Spend too long time

Wonderful service provided for return trip to Siem Reap from PP. After a little hiccup on my return journey where I had to book another bus due to lockdown restrictons, I was promptly given a cash refund for my online booking. Great all round service!

The trip was mostly fine but I was extremely uncomfortable the entire time. They have put a motorbike and other boxes in the back of the bus and I wasn’t able to move my seat back to make it more comfortable. Next time they should leave room for the seats
