Wifi was not great in the bus which was also very old. No seatbells. Driver yelled to passengers. They did not have ticket for bags. A lot stops along the way to pick up extra passengers.

Compared to a lot of buses in Vietnam this was comfortable. Good air con, a decent amount of leg space and storage for our backpacks

Excellent journey ..very clean Bus ..Air/com..Comfort stops...left on time and arrived in Phnom Penh on time. Considerate driver ..very safe ..Highly Recomended..Excellcent value for money.

Was a great way for us to move between Hochiminh and Phnom Penh.

Started on time, good bus.

We arrived phom phenh 2 hours late. Conductor could hardly speak in English. Bus driver drive too slow and lot of stops.

Dirty Bus...

Awful experience with the intimidating inspector. He didn't recognise Evisa and was annoyed by this. Was rude and shouted at us on a number of occasions. Made no attempt to try to communicate. We had to look for an English speaking person at the border.

The pickup location is NOT that stated on the ticket. I spent a lot of time driving around town trying to find hehe bus. hebus assistant had the nerve to tell me I failed to include a telephone number and that was why he could not reach me. Not true

The service was good in general, but I would have preferred a drop off in district 1.
