Bus left 20 mins late - appeared to be waiting for 2 passengers. Very squashed seating in back row of bus. Despite late departure, arrived Siem Reap early.
Overall services ok. But want to remind that u have online booking system, must check every passenger's order# who buy personally in your office to avoid double booking on online maybe that seat# already booked or purchased by another passenger. Thanks
One more thing, they need to update the telecom contact number 023 537 8999 written cannot be contacted when called up!
So far so good services! Only that on the way the aircon was broken its so hot until we reach SiemReap safely with wondows open.
Booked seat 7 but was asked to accommodate someone else and move to seat 2 with not much leg space. I was okay with this but the issue was that there was water leaking from the roof on seat 1, 2 and driver's seat.
There was no bus at 6:30pm. The travel agent put the wrong time on the website and I booked it. And I had to wait at the office. Luckily, the staff was helpful as they booked me in another hotel bus but it wasn't comfortable.
Van was very comfortable. Driver stopped at a pit stop for a quick 30-min break. Arrived earlier than designated time.
I booked 10.30am and the bus ready to go at 10am. Very punctual! The driver drove fast, reached 5 hours from PP to SR. Aircon doesnt work and all of us very hot until need to open window to get fresh air
