The driver never came to to pick us up. When we called the 2 phone numbers provided one answered or replied to my WhatsApp messages. A waste of money, we ended up taking a tuk tuk instead. A shame as we used BookmeBus 2 other times and they were great.

Driver arrived early. Alert cautious driver, very pleased with service - recommended

Smooth efficient service. Only slight problem was being told that bus would pick us up from our accommodation an hour before departure time. When it arrived 15 minutes before departure time, one of the others guests said they were told 15 minutes!

Especially the quick and professional service via WeChat has to be pointed out.

I'm not sure how I can rate a taxi for accommodation and inspector, but take 5/5. The driver was on time, car was comfortable and clean.

Driver arrived late, drove very risky and stopped four times. One time for gas. One time for his lunch break, one time to pray or bless his car and one time for toilet.

Heath Bun is the most patient & well versed with traffic pattern. Found me st arrivals right away. I was 4 hrs late, bug communications with Bookmebus was amazing!! Heanh was professional & so polite. Versed in Japanese & English. Only one not to get lost
