3h30 late...what else?

The driver was on is phone for most of the journey and drove very fast and dangerously

We were very disappointed to find that despite booking car seats for our children in advance, there were none when the car arrived. We had no choice but to use the car without car seats, as we couldn’t wait around to try and contact you. Very unhappy.

Great, on time and with pickup board ready waiting for us as the airport.

The driver did not understand a word english, and he used his mobilephone during the whole trip. It was not the right var and there was not enough setbelts. An overall very bad experience.

great driver and service will be use again

The driver did not speak a word of English although we had requested it. He drove pretty wrecklessly, with sudden braking and constantly texted while driving (at some point with two phones). The car was adequate but was dirty and with garbage inside.

Our driver was great, did wait for it when arrive and waiting luggage took longer than should.

The driver was late, but very nice a smiling, BUT didn't speak english. He didn't know where we were going or how to get their. It took about an hour extra, and we only got there because WE asked to stop and asked for way OURSELF. never booking again. :(
