1 hour late and had to switch drivers without informing me so not the best experience

The driver turned up a hour late and kept telling me he would be 15 minutes so I wasn’t happy when he was so late. Lack of communication and want the most professional company I have dealt with, in the end the journey arrived ahead of schedule so all good

Driver was on time spoke the best English he could. Car had engine light on so he swapped with another one on route with no delay to us. Delivered us right to hotel. very happy

We requested for English speaking driver but the driver provided couldn't communicate at all. He dropped us at the center of Sihanoukvile instead of our hotel.

Very good service and help from the customer support when our ferry has been late. They where very reactive to arrange it all. The only thing, it would be better to know that there s a car changing in PP, but the drivers was very syncro. Cars very clea

Really bad that no refund at all is done if you can't make it to the pickup point. In my case all the ferries from Phu Quoc was cancelled with very short notice (2 hours before planned departure) meaning loss of $120. At least 50% refund would make sense.

The driver arrived on time and the car was clean. He didn't take a good route for about 10 kms, but was overall a good experience
