Very nice bus and helpful service to get across the border. I was afraid that people would try to get more money than was asked for, but nobody took any extra money from me. The driver that drove me in his car from Sisophon to Battambang was very helpful.

You did not email me the confirmation of booking so I could not catch the bus. You simply took my money and ran. Appalling and disgraceful. Words can't describe how I feel about you but needless to say you get a Zero recommendation for me !!!!

Seats are uncomfortable. It was very cold because of air cond. which worked all night. Blankets were too narow to cover with. Important information was spoken in the middle of cabin and was not heard in first rows. Bus departed at 1.40 instead of 12.45

I'd just suggest you make.sure wifi conexion works properly.

I enjoyed the ride. Thanks for the free bread and water. I just hope the pick up is always on time.
