Nearly missed the bus due to incorrect address sent in confirmation email and also a non working phone number.

Our travel went very well !

All the staff was very nice. Big help at the visa border so we spent only one hour to cross it. Very good trip

Very bad driver who cough all the night (virus?), eat and phone a lot of time while driving. He gave any information about the trip even at the border waiting and crossing. Not focus on his job of a driver.And the temperature was glacial A bad experience

Great way to travel to the border. Will definitely continue to use in the future. Only suggestion would be to offer charging for electronic devices.

Everything went well. Border crossing is how it is but the bus staff helped with what they could, by informing us on the visa process. We were sadly overcharged for our visa-on-arrivals (33 USD instead of 30), but that's not TM's fault of course.

The bus was on time. They took care of us at the border, no stress at all. The inspector on bus was a student, she was very helpful. We left our bus to go to Battambang which they organised. Roadworks on way there was a pain but not drivers fault.

Bus driver missed the our stop.
