Old car with old seat no aircom

Took this company twice - both times arrived 1h to 1h30 late. Not well managed, some seats are broken.

The car was very old. At first the air-conditioner was working properly, but then it didn't. They start late for around 25 minutes, and arrived late around 2 hours due to road.

They changed the car to other company (2A) without notice and the schedule is delayed

à driver must drive. not spending its time on téléphone. vert dangerous driver and no polite.
