1. Do not allow loud noises of Facebook, videos, loud songs on van because it bothers other passengers. 2. Driver left Kep at 10am instead of 9:45. 3. Have all passengers meet at Rabbit Island station for easy pick up. Thanks again
Departure late, very slow on express way, flat tyre on the way (but dealt with quite quickly), vehicle in not very good condition, driving unreasonably slow

Trip booked said 3 hours on expressway, bus went old nr 4 and took over 6 hours. Will never use again, lied to me
Not enough aircon. Bus was late arriving. But ok
Instead of one bus, they made us wait 2h somewhere and made us take one tuktuk and 2 different buses, we were not on the seats we reserved, and we arrived 2h45min late at destination. We did not even get an apology or a reimbursement. This is unacceptable
The car is old -don't have the airconditioner -the whell is lower -the staff not friendly -the sit have alot of people -the car is late -stop anyplace to take the customer. -Don't have the water to give you.
