I actually arrived the port late and I havent picked up my ticket too but the lady works at the counter is nice. She changed the new ticket for us, to different company speed boat without charging extra. This is helpful and nice. Totally recommended.

It was a very good trip. Maybe more airconditioning , or more divided. Not two opposite each other. And maybe tell guests to have some consideration for others, not play loud music
