The booking was quite simple and a fairly prompt response was appreciated. The bus left as per schedule and was quite comfortable. The driver did a good job considering the condition of the roads, particularly where it had rained.

Over an hour late. Drop off point at a different location that on web site.

Given wrong departure point by bookmebus.com when I asked for confirmation,they sent a phone number.Not helpful.Found email for the company,they collected us. Bus was late,I’ve had more comfortable rides dune bashing in Dubai.No wifi,picked up two randoms

Wrong location given to meet the bus so we sat idle on the street with no explanation.Took off 25 minutes late with no explanation. Rude driver who refused to turn the air conditioning down just a little. Unsafe driving as he was on phone half the time.

The bus was supposed to leave at 3:15pm. We arrived at the pick up point at 2:51pm and waited and finally we found a number and called and we were told the bus was on its way; only to hear later that the bus supposedly waited for us for 20 minutes & left
