late start and very late arrival. driver constantly on this mobile

Because CTT didn't pick me up. So I have to find other transportation to be back home.

The bus was 30 mn late. Called the number on booking ticket but no one answered. Had to google around to get the company number to find out what happen.

Wifi wasnt working

I booked seat 8, 11 when we arrived at bus station they said 8, 11 already sold to other then they asked us to sit at the back of the van.

Do not use this company! To start of we arrived for our 1:30pm journey half an hour early as requested, to find out we wouldn’t be leaving until 2:15pm. The air condition didn’t work well and the WiFi didn’t work at all. The communication with the driver

We paid 8 Dollars for a "VIP" bus. Our prebooked seats (number 6+7) were occupied when we hopped on, water was not provided, only when we got off the bus, we saw it under the seats - noone showed us, WLAN did not work, driver didn't care, it was ok.

Pick-up and drop-off was fine. Waited at the bus company for quite some time before departing. Everything else was fine.
