Left 20 Minutes late but we arrived on time because the driver drove really fast, not sure if it is a good or bad thing. The bus is really nice and confortable with AC however

Our 4 hours drive to Sianoukville took us 6,5 hours via Kampot.

Very poor. I thought i will never have life

I booked the bus for Friday by mistake. Bookmebus changed the booking to Wednesday without a problem but I think I was charged for it anyway despite 5 attempts at a refund. The bus was an hour late but in the end, it didn't matter - I still made it!

Two hours late, drive a little bit dangerously...

4 hours turn into 6,5 hours and thats no good! Why they say its 4h trip cos they know its not! Well now I know betteralso. I had ferry reservation so I had To say To the driver that no stopping and I did not step out of van so he had To continue the trip

4 hours advertised, it took 6. Wifi advertised as well as water, both wasn't available.

We were told our bus was “broken” and that the company would pay for a “taxi” - an old car 5 seats) with already 6 other passengers and they expected another two to pile in! We had to DEMAND a refund! Doesn’t deserve even 1 star! Don’t use this company!!

The trip time between Kampot and Sihanoukville is 2 hours! That is not possible and therefore not realized at all! So I had missed the ferry that I had booked. Very disappointed. Two booking with bookmebus = two fails. It was the last one!
