No big complaints, decent service and left close enough to be on time and at a decent price. The only issue is the extra drop-offs for local customers as you get into Phnom Penh but we made good time.

Good enough service but we had to make a couple extra stops to pick up local passengers

Generally very good. Even though there were only 3 passengers they left more or less on time and we arrived in great time. We stopped 5 mins after departing so a passenger could pick up food - slightly annoying as she had all morning to do that.

the trip delayed but we were contacted by phone. on google map, the location is in the old headquarters. clean and well-maintained bus, perfect driver, ok service

Very punctual

I have a comment on BOOKMEBUS itself. Please provide a better experience in gaining detail of operators. Those details such as: operator's station locations, their operating routes, and contact, ect. The gap between BMB and operators still feel big.
