left suitcase at departure 7 hours away...had to argue to get delivered before we left cambodia next day..to their credit though...sent suitcase and received 12 hours later before we left country. driver good and safe behavior

Very bad service and it is my nightmare ,,, the company allow broken down car to operate. After we left around 30hrs the car is broken and they don’t find any solution. 19customers need to transfer to local small and old-car which we had to sit crowdly

Our 4-hour-trip took 6 hours.

Air con didn't work very so the bus was very hot that and the bad driving made me very ill. Journey took one hour longer than stated and Driver did not speak English so didn't understand when we asked how long we had left. Worst bus I've taken in Cambodia

The worst drive I've ever had in my entire life. The bus driver drives like he's the only one in the car and keep everyone's life at risk. He almost hit other cars serveral time and he doesn't listen when we tried to talk nicely to him.I prayed not to die

Please stop cooperate with the restaurant at Pich Nil. The food is horrible...
