The bus was actually smaller, than we booked. There was no free water.

Scheduled to leave at 5.30pm but Bus left 40 min late at 6.10pm. The waiting area in Sihanoukvile is so bad and dirty. No water bottle is given in the bus. Never again

Hey Book me bus team, i really enjoy using your service, however the people at the bus stops do not know anything about the reservation, sometimes they are not aware of the booking, this happen to me twice in SR and PP, train better your STAFF!

Everything was ok except the van's AC wasn't cool at all. Everyone in the van was sweating from the heat. Please fix the AC.

Bus was clean and comfortable. Pick up location was clear. We had to pick others up which delayed our departure from Phomn Penh but as we took the 6:30am slot, there was little traffic on the road and even with the delay we arrived to Sihanoukville early.
