No water. No wifi. Not enough legroom. Very small windows so it is hard to look outside.

Not a bad experience but also not a great one. The bus is very tightly packed when fully booked and the air conditioning cannot really keep the bus cool enough in the heat. No wifi as advertised but if you have a sim you should have coverage for the trip

I had my confirmed booking from bookmebus but despite this was told my seat had been sold to someone else and that there was no room for me. I had to get a taxi as it was khmer new year and no other companys had spots. Never using this service again!!
