The trip down to Sihanoukville was ok. The bus back was a disaster. No water no WiFi no aircon!!! The bus broke down outside Sihanoukville. The replacement was older and smaller. It was uncomfortable and hot. I will not recommend to anyone.

The driver couldn't be bothered to pick me up at the prearranged bus stop and will not refund my money. Left me stranded on the side of the road. Completely unprofessional.

We had a horrible experience with Bayon while returning from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. No air conditioner, no water, bus broke down, no information given by the driver. Alternative bus was packed and filthy. Never traveling with Bayon again.

The air condition should be more efficient and cool so the journey will be more pleasant.

Good driver. The smell inside the bus was terrible and the seats quite uncomfortable. But still ok for the price

Unlike all other companies I traveled with, Bayon VIP has always been punctual, as comfortable as it gets and safe. They have once again held up their part of the deal and I can only recommend them.

The bus is not cold enough

I travelled down to Sihanoukville from Siem Reap with another company a few days previously and it was much better. The Bayon mini bus was already very small and it had been overbooked so was very crowded and cramped for the whole 6 hour journey.
