The company happily changed my dates to suit my travel schedule. Great leg room (I am 6ft). They take your passports and when at the border they drive u to a food house and passports arrive later. Interesting. Would take bus again

The staff on this bus (not sure whether the driver or the other staff that were on this bus) were super rude and unclear on instructions, were dismissive and rude especially when we were concerned about where our passports were that they took.

The ride was fine. Bus was a bit old but seats are comfortable. Immigration went smoothly, the co driver handled it all. Although little communication about what was happening, using your common sense you can work it all out aka follow the rest of the bus

Llego 30 min tarde Autobus viejo pero comodo, ponia que tenia wifi pero no funcionaba. T ayudan con los trámites si no tienes visa, eso si por modici precio

All went very smoothly, the driver helped with everything visa related.

Bus left on time. Inspector was polite and great at controlling passport and visa immigration checks. Driver made it his mission to overtake absolutely every vehicle that we approached from behind. Lots of beeping and near misses with oncoming traffic.

The driver drove like a kamikaze passing everything in front of him, constantly blaring his horn at anything in front of him. Made for a very unsettling trip.
