We travelled between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap on the VIP van, and it went smoothly. The bus left on time, the drivers were courteous (though their driving can be a little scary when they are overtaking other cars), and most importantly, the AC worked!

The was in a bad condition, so we werde 30 min late. It's better to be warned. The seats i booked weren't available, there was no seat 5D. So we had to ask other Passengers to change seats. Also the AC was very, very weak. Wasn't a good experience.

There was no AC!

Mekong Express is by far the best bus/van company in Cambodia. The seats are the most roomy, the vehicle always leaves on time and doesn’t have unpredictable stops, it’s very clean. It is worth the few extra dollars it costs if you want a seamless ride.

Actually we’d booked the trip for 10:30a.m. in your office we got the info, our bus would depart at 12:30p.m. We were asked if nobody inform us about this. So we had to wait more than 2hours.

The best bus I ever had

The customer service is excellent via email and phone. We could get the bus at a stop convenient to us (At the airport). Once at the final destination they took care of us to make sure we could get to our place safely.
