Overall are good.
By far the best bus I’ve been on in Cambodia. They were super kind, comfy and it actually ran on time which was great 😊😊

Awful!!! The first bus was very small and the A/C was barely working. It got worse in the minivan. No A/C and no proper seat. Driver was horrible..

Siem Reap to Phnom Pehn is good but Phnom Penh to Vietna is not. Bus 28 is an old limosine bus and aircon not cool. Really hot inside for an afternoon trip to Vietnam
Overall - Great overnight bus! GOOD: Seats clean, got a pillow and blanket. Checked bag felt secure: must produce ticket to get bag at destination. Slept well! BAD: Driver left rest stop after 20 mins (told me 30 mins) - lucky I was back on board!
The trip was fine. My seat was a bit uncomfortable - stuck in recline position. Organisation good and will use the service again
