arrival not on time 18:00 instead of 14:30

Driver made us feel safe all trip long, he was driving carefully without taking any unnecessary risks. We arrived on time and the free water was nice too. Would highly recommend Mekong Express.

Took a bus from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh. Aircon worked great, Wifi had its moments but for the most part worked. Free snacks and a 25 min break at a cafe inbetween. Very pleased, great option for people traveling on a budget

I booked a bus ticket from Bangkok-Siem Reap online a few months ago. Upon arrival I was informed that that particular bus does not run anymore. However, the lady was most helpful and arranged another bus for me on the same day within an hour.

The bus was delayed for 30 minutes, and the driver ran too fast to arrvie at the destination in time. Terrible experience.

Poor itinerary. They left us hungry on the entire trip, no decent food.

Confortable but 1 hour in delay

No wifi inside whereas it has been mentionned. We had 1 hour in delay
