Driver from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh was very good but the driver of van from PP to Sihanoukville was so bad. Nearly all the way talk with a local lady at his right side back, baba baba babala... affected the drive and so noisy. Thank you!

Though arrived 2 hours late due to traffic but driver was good and very cautious driving

They changed the sleeping night bus to the VIP one without any notice. It was hard to sleep.

I was assured by the ticket sales agent that vans on the notoriously unsafe route to S'ville would have seatbelts, but there were none in my assigned seat. I wasvmoved to a seat with them, then moved back to the original unsafe seat after we'd departed

Avoid Mekong Express at all costs. Vans lack seatbelts, driver parks on shoulder of highway as trucks are speeding past. Got into a collision with a sedan, which luckily wasn't going fast, or else the woman next to me would have been injured or worse.
