The bus is old, the seat is not comfortable. The inspector asked us to pay extra fee when we pass the border. For vietnamese it was 50.000 vnd per person. And I know for foreigners it was way high! Please stop that action.

The Air Conditioner was freezing cold in the bus for over half of the trip. It gave me a headache that night. I felt like I was in a freezer, it was so cold. I could see into the A/C unit which was extremely dirty. I’m a loyal Mekong customer.

The bus was very old, the Ac didn't barely work, no WiFi, the bus departed 40 minutes later. So only going from point A to B was real from your promises guys. You should consider tell the truth to your costumers before purchasing a ticket.
