Hi, When we showed for our bus we were told that the bus would not be running. We were then moved to travel with Kumho Samco. The cost of the trip is $10 per person with Kumho compared to $12 with Mekong Express. Can I be refunded the $4?

The bus was comfortable and the stewardess friendly and helpful. There was working aircon, free bottle of water, free snack and a toilet on board. We also stopped for lunch. Nice journey!

We had a good journey on the Mekong express. The only issue we had was the bus being very hot when we initially got on to it, and it took a while to cool down. We were also two hours late into Phnom Penh so missed our shuttle from the hotel.
