It was a comfortable journey

Unfortunately, our bus broke down underway. But that is not the worst. The problem with this bus is that it is too old for the duty. Maintenance is so poor that breaking down is just a matter of time. It took 2 extra hours to get there

So far the best company I took in Asia, I loved the fact that the girl spoke perfect English with me and helped me with the Cambodian Visa and drop off

Due to a service error our tickets were cancelled and that was a little annoying. We were told we couldn't be picked up at our hotel but thanks to our hotel staff's effort we were finally picked up. Very good trip after all.

Trip from Battambang to Phnom Penh. We had a very safe trip and arrived on time, even we left a little bit late.

The trip was quite pleasant and went smoothly with this bus line. The staff was very polite and helpful during the immigration process at the border.

The inspector spoke very good English and they offered water and snack as soon as we hopped in which was a really nice complimentary. The air conditioning was also reasonable for such a hot day and the recliner chair was absolutely comfortable to sleep

Ho Chi Minh to Phnom Penh inspector spoke very good English and was able to communicate properly and had guided us through the Cambodian border. There was no trouble getting by with/without visa because you can buy one once you arrive.
