They offer free pick up, which is well arranged and reliable. Seats are okay and you get free water. The journey between battambang and siem reap only takes more like 3½ to 4 hours than the planned 3hours.

On the Van from Phnom Penh to HCM Is OK . Wi-Fi Hotpot little weak and slow. The one the way back to Phnom Penh from m HCM is bad... the van is look very dirty from outside, interior is terrible for it call VIP, I could not got sit-belt, it been removed.

Easy to book ticket online with local payment without extra charge. Mekong express bus, i am really appreciated to the staff on that bus i took, for keeping my phone that i forgot at my seat.
