Kat, our bus driver, was efficient, courteous and a very safe driver. Stopped at a nice clean rest stop which served fresh tasty food.

Everytime I go between HCMC and PP, it always takes at least 1 more hour than the estimated time. Why is that? I like Mekong express, and this time the driver let us off in the city before reaching the main office, which is far north.

Very good service! The crew speaks very good English and you always know what is happening. The border crossing is the easiest I've done in my life as they take care of everything! I would use this company again! Comfort of the seats: moderate.

Wir sind einmal von Saigon nach Phnom Penh und einmal von Phnom Penh navh Siem Reap mit Mekongexpress gefahren und sind beide Male nicht enttäuscht worden. Empfehlenswert! !

The bus left on time but was an hour late. We stopped twice from Siem Reap to Battambang. The first stop charged to use the bathroom and everything was so over priced. Driver never once spoke to us, had no idea how long we we're stopping for.

Trip was typical of the other Mekong Express trips we have taken on this trip (punctual, clean bus, courteous driver). Well done Mekong Express!

Great overall service. The bus left on time, it was very comfortable and crean, they gave us water and refreshing towel. Only one 20 min stop in a 6 hour journey and while the driver was driving at good speed, we didn’t feel our lives were in danger.

Trip was planned for 3 hours. Also due to a 20 minutes pause after less than an hour we arrived 1 hour too late in Battambang.
