A great service. It was comfortable with plenty of room. Wifi was reasonable, didn't work in some areas, which is fine. I felt safe and assured of my arrival ;-p

Bus was in good shape and clean. Driver and crew were great. They hand out a cold water and a light breakfast sandwich (croissant, ham and cheese pizza bread, etc.). We'll worth the money.

I used this company to go to Bangkok and it was so nice and fast. But, when we went back, the driver ride so slow and talk a lot with his friends. So, it took 3 more hours than normal time. And at the border they changed the van, but the aircond so bad.

Really nice and recommended. We arrived earlier than the scheduled time.

I've tried multiple companies with 'vans' which drive like madmen. This was comfortable, Felt safe and as it wasn't a full-sized bus, not really much slower than the van option. Would happily use again.

We have a nice journey to Siem Reap. Timing as described, nice check in area in Phnom Penh and the service on board is ok! To who read this comment, please remember that it's a bus...not a plane! Better than some service in Europe!

I was given this bus and this route due to a booking inconvenience. They sold me two tickets on a "direct" bus and then wrote to me that the bus was full and it would take more than a week to get a refund. (Via bookmebus.com)barely ac really small
