This is the second time I've chosen Mekong and the second time the bus has either broken down or had a puncture. Also I had booked an 11 seat van, but was transferred onto a big bus for the second half of my journey.. not ideal

Mekong charges an unfair"service fee"in the amount of 5$ due to not existing fees for customs or whatever, which you usually don't have to pay,e.g.at the airport.Anyways you should pay,if not,it could be that you alone spend to much time at the border...

Our seats were sold twice-we were asked to seat at the back of the bus even though we had our seats reservation confirmed.My husband suffers from travel sickness so he cannot seat at the back.We explained it to the stuff but they were unwilling to help.

Free hotel pickup on time. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately issue with bus led to a one hour delay. Overall a good trip though.
