The bus was different from the big bus showed in the picture on the website, it was dirty, small, uncomfortable and without air-conditioning. We had to ask before they turned on wi-fi network, and it didn’t work anyway. Never again!

Not recommend to friends. Bus is too old and not comfortable! Ínspector is not helpful and NOT friendly!

Pleased with cost. Visa forms could be given in advance. This may help to speed up the process at Cambodian border. Bus was comfortable. Member of staff at Phnom Penh was a very pleasant guy.

Paid for service that wasn't there,stole my money and ruind my trip to Cambodia

We booked the trip 7 months in advance, only to find out on the day that service was no longer available, we received no communication from this company to let us know. We not recommend anone to use this company. Sill waiting for response and refund.

Wouldn't recommend due to their refund policy. Bought a ticket destination wrong way round bought a new ticket corrected but only offered 30% of original ticket to be refunded.
