On the website they say that the trip takes 4 hours. In reality it took us 7 hours..
Delayed at the Viet border due to a couple of prima-donna customers with inadequate documentation
Check in was quick and easy. Given bottle of water and box of cookies before we departed. Had a pillow and thin fleece (airline type) which helped with comfort. Slept most of the way. All in all not bad and would choose this mode of travel again.
What’s a pity that the road were blocked due to the rain... so the travel was 9h instead of 4 h! We would appreciate a discount for the next trip, for example!
Drivers drive very quickly, but safely. Good travel; to my opinion, too much stops : 2 will be enough.
