I'm Japanese, so I wish I could have a conversation with the driver in English. I received a phone call one hour before departure, but I had a Khmer staff member at the hotel translate it. Also, the boarding position indicated by the email was diffirent

Thank you. This trip was worst trip ever on bus in Cambodia. I booked because big bus and big seat. They change to small van and bad seat. We depart and run out gas within 20 minutes. Delay to fix 30 minutes. Driver on phone and make personal stop.
