This bus company told me to be at an abandoned restaurant at 6am. They NEVER came to pick me up. I was stranded in a foreign country with all my luggage. I had to buy another ticket from another country. They did not answer their phones or email. No refu

Really impressed with the service after reading mixed reviews about the border crossing online. Snacks and food provided were a nice surprise, as well as the tuk tuk service on arrival. Only thing to improve would be a bit more guidance at the border.

Excellent efficient service, good bus, good value, polite and helpful staff. Only criticism would be the food offered, coffee but no hot water, and far too spicy chicken not much good for vegetarians. A healthy, simple food much preferred by most people.

This service is amazing! 1 bus from start to finish, you stop short of the border in Thailand and get your Visa so no need to queue on arrival. Would really recommend!!
