I would recommend you to other travelers and I will use you again in the future, but please do not let anybody come onto the bus and try to charge foreigners a price that is not true. Just give instructions for how to cross the border on their own. Thanks

Really happy with the service. Very comfy and helpful. Was really easy getting over the boarder, I have heard horror stories but they made it so simple. I will defiantly be using them again.

Terrible experience at least. When you arrive to Siem Reap, guys from Nattakan tell you about included taxi to the hotel. Dont trust them, they are liars, we had to pay a lot!! And the driver of that taxi tuk tuk was agresive. Never more.

We made it from Bangkok to Siem Reap in a total of 8 hours.... which was 2 hours ahead of schedule! The seats had a foot rest and reclined about 75%. They provided a small breakfast and lunch which was unexpected! I would recommend them!

Bus is expensive and compare to thaï bus, the comfort is average  A guy came in and said that we had to give HIM 1400 bath for visa A tourist was stocked at the thaï border BUT THE TEAM LEAVE HIM BEHIND !!!! Tuk tuk drop us 1 KM AWAY FROM OUR HOTEL

We left and arrived on time. The company even gave us complimentary tuk-tuk rides to our hotels. This bus went right through to Cambodia from Thailand and we didn't need to change buses. Have visa money with you though and they organise the visa for you.

The staff were kind even if they didn't speak English. The food provided was also okay. You will use same bus for entire the journey. Leave your heavy baggage in the bus and go for immigration! :) It makes trip easy and convenient. Thanks !
